This could be a dumb question, however in my 2003 parts manual there are 2 part numbers for front & rear velocity stacks. One part has HDI 98 h.p. and the other has 115 h.p. Does the h.p. mean "horse power"? Also If purchase the 115h.p. stacks and re-tune, am I likey to gain any additional performance?

Not so. The Aussie bikes are 115 hp stock, thus you already have the 115 hp stacks.
