So...
Dealership shows me the Screaming Eagle Big Bore heads after they came back from the polisher.
There is no "Screaming Eagle" badge/plate on either head.
The Big Bore kit doesn't have Screaming Eagle on the CNC heads - but the picture on HD's internet site shows it on both heads.
Who's got one?
What's the truth?

A VRSCSE has Screamin' Eagle on the rear head and 1250 VRSCSE on the front. They are badges glued to the heads. You probably need to buy them seperate if they weren't on the heads before polishing. If they were the polisher probably had to remove them before doing their work. And they may not have been able to save them since they are made from thin aluminum that has the logos printed on the top.

There is also a possibility that you cannot get the same badges unless you own an actual VRSCSE. Some SE parts are not available to the general public.

Dealer said they thought it was funny that the heads didn't say Screaming Eagle on them before they sent them to the polisher. Only the bottom smooth barrels were polished, by the way.
(The inside of the fins will be painted next, and then the fins diamond cut).
I don't see any flat area on the heads that a label would be affixed to either.
Anybody have a photo of their V-Rod with the SE BB kit installed?

According to the dealer (who almost had a heart attack when I told him I thought they might've sent the wrong heads out to the polisher) --- The badges come as parts to be affixed to the heads after the installation. There appears to be two machine screw holes in the heads to accept two screws that hold the badges onto the heads.

And I thought I was getting someone's Evo heads installed on my V-Rod. :bat

Jimaroo,
That's correct, when they machine they ports, it's in the program to cut and chamfer to holes for the badges which are held in place with two tiny fasteners with lockpatch on the threads.

Here was the pic that I thought about when I read this thread, clearly shows the SE badge and the screw holes in the top fin.
