Anybody ever consider adding a little VR1000 to their VRSCR? Maybe it's a bit much... but I always wished the MoCo produced a VR1000 for the street (other than the Polish version). These Airtech fairings have me thinking... Probably a bridge too far though. Opinions?

I don't know - maybe we could judge the width of the nose fairing by the size of her cans & see if it would all line up.

Looks like the VR1000 frame's got the fuel tank in the traditional location - don't know how the airbox would feel about that.

Looks like clip-ons would be a requirement. I'm not a big fan of clip-ons unless my feet are back and high. I don't think mids would cut it.

More likely I'd want to drop the VRSC engine into a new frame - use these fairings & make more of a "Buell with a VRSC engine" with a new front end - rear controls, etc.

But I wouldn't do that to my VRSCR...

.....add me to the list of guys who always wished HD would make a street VR1000, for me the shaky-shaky Buells never had the smothness or the styling I wanted.... a true Factory Crotch Rocket the VR1000 would have been, but I'm happy with the Revo, and as I get older I don't need the fairings anymore..... soooooo.....?????

Go for it..... I love the tail section on that kit... is it readily availible?

I'd someday like to paint my Street Rod to have the VR1000's orange and black paint scheme.
