New R owners. I got a black one. Picked mine up Wednesday and rode it for a little while when I got it home. Took it out again just a little while ago. :D Yep, I'm glad I got this. I have a hard time believing it's a Harley. I've had a Sportster, a Softail and a VRSCB.
It's a real pig when you're trying to move it around in the garage, but get it out on the the road and it's a different story. I love the brakes, and the ride is great as well. Engine sounds sweet even with the stock exhaust(had S/E 16GA. on my B) One thing I don't like are the mirrors, worthless.
Taking it down to the Blueridge Parkway next week. Really looking forward to that. :sinister:

Welcome! And, I agree with your initial summary of the bike. From a new 2006 VRSCR owner (black, what else?) in North Carolina.

I am hating life that I won't be able to pick my VRSCRSE for a few more weeks.
(I know, I made that up, but it is a Street Rod with the Screamin' Eagle Big Bore :twisted: )
