I just picked up the craftsmen lift. But from the looks of it R owners are going to have to fab a frame rail adapter, since unlike the A, B, and CVO the kick stand is mounted further back. I am thinking about PVC cut in half and slipped under the frame rail behind the kick stand to prevent lifting on the bottom of the engine. The rear sould be fine were the frame rails are connected with a cross member tube.

Any other ideas, thoughts?

Does yours touch the bottom of the (oil sump)?

If so will it place undo stress on the fragile upper front engine mount?

Finally, could you post a couple of pics, so I can get an idea of the right spot.
