You must have been pretty hard on her to cook the fluid that quickly! I suppose you can pull a wheelie with ease after all the practice...I would have told them to stick the MFing light bulb in their A$$. Thats BS!!!

Kaz, I ran into a problem where air would get into the line while racing. I didn't have any leaks or anything. But everytime I rode it real hard for over 10 minutes, the clutch lever would start getting soft, and eventually I could pull the lever all the way to the grip and it still wouldn't release the clutch. This happened to me in the middle of the Pikes Peak Hill Climb race, and I had to run the last half of the race shifting without the clutch. After that I traced it to the master cylinder. When the fluid was not completely filled to the top in the reservoir, the air gap would jiggle around and seemed to put bubbles into the fluid. Then when I'd pull the lever, some of those bubbles would get into the line. After I let it sit for 1/2 hour the air would settle to the top of the line, and with a few pumps, would work their way out of the line and back into the reservoir, and everything would be ok again. I believe it was somewhat due to the extra giggling I get compared to the average street rider. Maybe with you doing wheelies and sh-t, you're working some air into the line. With the front wheel in the air, the reservoir may not work normally. And maybe that air is causing the fluid to gell up a bit? Seems like a possibility?

Could Be because I would do it reapeatedly till my arms could not hold on anymore"10-15 wheelies" so That very well could be.Should I think about moving up to Dot 5?I have a Spare set of Clutches and some of my Titanium Clutch springs, but I'm saving that for my Other race Motor! :sinister:

The bulbs probably didn't "burn out'. After all those wheelies you beat the hot filaments to death and they gave up and dropped out.
