I am thinking of getting a sundowner passanger seat for my better half but would like to know if it will fit properly with the stock front on th 04 VRSCA.
Has anyone done that?

The Sundowner has more padding so the pillon (the back part) will not exactly match up with a stock front seat. If you look in my gallery, I have the opposite setup, a Sundowner seat with a stock pillon. You will see the difference in those pictures.

Also, the smooth and textured patterns on the seats are reversed and don't match your stock seat. You would be better off getting the Touring Passenger pillion Harley part # 52023-01A or the complete Sundowner setup. The Touring Passenger is the same pillion as the Sundowner except that it will fit and match your stock seat.
