I'm assuming that it will because I bought a Sundowner seat for my '06 from Surdyke HD's website and that seat fits '02 through '06 VRSC models. If the Sundowner is univeral to fit those years then I would guess that the stock seat would also fit models for each of those years.

It sure does. It's wat I have on my 06 VRCSD now. I might be selling it as I'm looking into other 1 piece seats.
