What tyre to run on the dyno. Does anyone know what is the best tyre to run on the dyno with the destroyer.
My tyre supplier said they take no responsibility, all care given.
Which means it (the tyre) could shit itself and wreck the bike on the dyno. Not sure how common this is but anyone with experience in this area, your experience and information would be appreciated.
Thanks

Scotty

I'm not a racer, but, in general, if I couldn't run a tire on the dyno why would I want to run it on the track? Or, on the street?

Well I run a slick on the bike at the track but the dyno will "eat it up". I need something to use just for tuning and my supplier says their tyre is not recommended for rolling road use.
Anyone???

Really it does not mater what tire just dont do it with the slick. I know I have done it and it just does not want to stay on the drum. The first pull with the slick is good and after that the tire gets too hot.
