When somebody uses the New Mastertune Tuner and saves their stock base map from their bike will they be able to post it here and then would we be able to load it into our ECM using the old SERT.

No, the map is encrypted and vin locked to your bike. Blame the EPA, not TTS. It can also only be loaded by the Mastertune product.
