I am in the middle of a v-rod project and am looking for a nice low profile seat to put on this bike. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good custom seat outfit??

Thanks all,
Chris

What year? If it is older than 07 you could look into a CFR. Also has to be an A or B model. It would help if you posted year and model of bike you are working on.

If it's not a wide frame V, I like the Saddleman Profiler. It is what I used, one-piece and sleek IMHO.

IMO I would go with a custom fiberglass seat pan. I am in the process of geting a custom seat done. Your going to pay some money depending on materials and what not. I think that is the way to go. On my NRS I went from a 2pc seat to an all one pc with memory foam. Its still kinda of hard but I wanted a very low low profile seat mine is about 2" think where I sit and the rear passanger is about the same. When the rest of the material get put on it will be a lil more soft but not much. :D

Gel seats should be the lowest while providing some comfort.
